‘What does it feel like to leave your home forever?’
Exhibition graphics for artist Susan Aldworth, at The Arcade, Bush House. Recreating her grandmother’s experience of migration through the imagined contents of her suitcase, the show features thirty-five unique hand-embroidered items of antique clothing suspended in mid-air, highlighting the emotional and transitory nature of a displaced life.
